Key Accountabilities


Brand & Creative Leadership
Develop and implement brand strategy across all company platforms
Maintain and apply visual identity guidelines consistently
Provide creative direction for campaigns, corporate events, and internal initiatives
Digital Marketing & Engagement
Oversee all digital platforms (website, social media, email, paid ads)
Lead SEO/SEM strategies and analyze web traffic to optimize online presence
Create and publish multimedia content including graphics, video, and written narratives
Monitor competitor activities and emerging trends in digital media
Communications & Public Relations
Develop and execute internal and external communication plans
Build relationships with media outlets and manage press releases
Business Unit Sales & Marketing
Cadre Management

Train staff on brand-aligned communication practices
Customer & Employee Experience
Coordinate internal engagement campaigns to nurture brand culture

Strategic Partnerships & Sponsorships
Identify and cultivate partnerships aligned with brand and growth strategy
Manage sponsor relationships and enhance stakeholder visibility
Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies
Support sales campaigns with digital tools and performance metrics
Forecast trends and optimize marketing spend based on analytics
