We are seeking a Monetary Policy Implementation and Operations Consultant Trainer to deliver specialized training on the tools, processes, and best practices for effective monetary policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and regularly update training materials on open market operations, liquidity management, and monetary policy tools.
Deliver engaging training sessions for central bankers, financial market professionals, and policymakers.
Provide practical exercises on market operations, reporting, and compliance.
Guide participants in aligning operations with CBK frameworks and international standards.
Stay informed on emerging trends and integrate them into training.
Assess training outcomes and improve methodologies as needed.
Support organizations in enhancing their monetary policy operations.


Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:


Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Banking.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in monetary policy operations or central banking.
Proven experience in training or professional development.
Certification in treasury operations or financial markets (e.g., ACI Dealing Certificate) is an advantage.
Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
