ROLE SUMMARY
The job holder will be answerable to the Manager Research Strategy and Planning for the performance of his/her duties. The successful candidate will support and assist the Planning Department in the development, implementation and monitoring of the of the Authority’s Strategic plans to ensure achievement of corporate goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Participating in developing policies in Sacco Industry.
Collecting quarterly and annual performance data of the Industry.
Updating and maintaining a record of all performance contract evidence in the Authority.
Drafting proposals for resource mobilization.
Participating in the development of the Authority’s internal polies; and
Participating in the preparation and implementation of the Authority’s Performance Contracts.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in economics, Sociology, Strategic Management, Public Administration, Project Management or related disciplines.
Proficiency in computer applications; and
Demonstrated professional competence in work performance.
