Royal Mabati Factory Ltd is seeking a highly organized and experienced Transport and Logistics Manager to oversee the efficient and cost-effective transportation and distribution of our roofing products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing fleet operations, coordinating deliveries, optimizing routes, ensuring compliance with transport regulations, and improving customer satisfaction through timely and accurate dispatches.

Key Skills & Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in transport and logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Logistics Management: Strong understanding of transportation logistics, planning, and compliance with local and national regulations.
Fleet & Maintenance Management: Experience with vehicle maintenance planning, tracking systems, and fuel efficiency measures.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data to identify inefficiencies and improve processes.
Communication: Clear and professional communicator with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflict, and develop staff capabilities.
Tech-Savvy: Competency in logistics and fleet management software, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
