The Territory Sales Executive role exists to drive sales growth and expand the customer base in designated geographic territory, aligning with the company's overall strategy to increase market share and revenue in the fibre optic broadband market. 

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain key relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders to drive business growth, promote brand awareness, and support community development initiatives, through regular engagement, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities.
Achieve year-over-year revenue growth within the designated territory, exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets, and demonstrating a clear 
acceleration in sales momentum.
Achieve comprehensive coverage and penetration of the designated territory by identifying, developing, and maintaining a strong presence in key markets, building relationships with strategic partners and customers, and executing targeted sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and dominance.
Oversee and direct the activities of a team of Direct Sales Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and evaluation to ensure individual and team sales performance aligns with organizational goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs), through regular monitoring, feedback, and development initiatives to drive sales growth, productivity, and excellence.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors' strengths, weaknesses, market positioning, product offerings, pricing strategies, and customer engagement tactics to identify gaps, opportunities, and threats, and inform sales strategies, product development, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and stay competitive in designated territory

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the fibre optic broadband industry
Relevant certifications or training in sales, marketing, or business development are advantageous
Strong knowledge of broadband services and related products, with a proven ability to effectively communicate their value to customers
Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments, with a successful track record in field sales and a consistent ability to meet or exceed targets for product effectiveness and customer experience
A demonstrated history of achieving sales success and delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business growth
