I believe in hardwork and determination to achieve desired results. I'm a willing and fast learner ready to pick up any new skills that could make me more efficient. Self motivation keeps me going at the workplace even in conditions of minimal supervision.

Currently I have 6 years work experience (2 in debt collection, 3 in business process audits and 1 in customer service). This is inclusive of 3 years working in call centres. This is what I believe to be my stronghold.

My education background is in the areas of communication and accounting. I have a bachelors degree in Graphic Communication and Advertising. I am also a CPA finalist having passed all the exams.

What I look for in a job is a chance to grow my career. I believe there are new experiences with each employer I work with. Helping an organisation to grow by meeting set targets is also something I enjoy and work towards at a workplace.
