I was fired over a year ago because I asked HR to please ask my manager to stop sexually harassing me -that's all -just stop-next thing I knew I was fired-I had just received a stellar performance appraisal -I filed with EEOC who said I definitely had a case and unemployment to get something and since thing I can barely get an interview or acknowledgement -in spite of a highly experienced resume -finally I began to think -is there some 'source' where potential employers can look up to see if a candidate was ever a whistleblower, filed with EEOC or c/o sexual harassment (legal or not)? I can't think of any other explanation -I have been highly recommended by friends, colleagues, etc -but nothing, even applying for lower level positions as I am really getting desperate just to work again...I am in my early 40s with a previously stellar work record...

  • Your previous employer might be saying something’s that are illegal from an employer. Have EEOC send over for reference
