MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

The incumbent of this role will manage and provide expertise in the organisations interventions to provide employees with a positive employee experience to ultimately engage employees at all levels. The challenge for the organization is not just retaining talented people but engage them, capturing their minds and hearts at their work.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Lead TSAM’s organisational effectiveness interventions with support of external expert business partner
Design and delivery of initiatives that amplify the positive and consistent employee experience, engagement and inclusion
Develop and facilitate interventions with management to drive culture and employee experience imperatives
Provide specialist organisational behaviour and change leadership input to prioritised functional area initiatives
Design, pilot and implement organisation wide change enablement interventions
Assemble project teams, prepare timing schedules and lead specific projects to appropriate milestones for incorporation into TSAM’s new philosophy strategy and handover to business units.
Plan and run organisational surveys
Undertake external benchmarking tools
Investigate organisational effectiveness business issues and prepare simple and clear visualisations of scenarios and proposals to facilitate discussion amongst TSAM top management with regards to new philosophy, company culture and values
Act as companywide coordinator to grasp the practical activities that each area in the business are undertaking, and provide support to correctly estimate the impact of such activities, and to prioritise, accelerate and enhance high value add activities related to new philosophy and company culture

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

NQF 6 (360 credit qualification) in Industrial Psychology / Human Resources 
Honours Degree will be advantageous.
Prosci Change Management Certification / Project Management Certification
Proven ability to manage projects efficiently with a focus on cost effectiveness.
5-8 Years in Culture and Engagement or similar relevant role
Research and problem solving skills
Excellent numerical and analytical capabilities
Ability to manage tasks with multiple time spans from 1 month to 5 years and ability to respond to and manage changing priorities.
Advanced level MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
