MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

The incumbent of this role will implement comprehensive coaching programs that cultivate employee knowledge and skills in the Toyota Philosophy and values, enhance organizational effectiveness, and foster a culture of the Toyota Way. By aligning training initiatives and internal communication with the company's values and mission, this... role aims to maximize employee potential, improve performance, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Lead with alignment of employees to the new Toyota Philosophy and Toyota Values ensuring it’s the living culture across the organisation with support of external expert partner.
Propose and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the business culture in alignment with the Toyota Philosophy and Values.
Roll out of training of employees on the New Toyota Philosophy to enhance organizational effectiveness, and foster culture towards transforming into a Mobility Company.
Facilitate transparent and effective communication channels to maintain clarity on cultural expectations.
Champion and nurture the desired business culture, ensuring alignment with the company's values and mission.
Assemble project teams, prepare timing schedules and lead specific projects to appropriate milestones for incorporation into TSAM’s new philosophy strategy and handover to business units.
Support the execution of culture surveys and data review and prepare simple and clear visualisations of scenarios and proposals to facilitate discussion amongst TSAM top management with regards to new philosophy, company culture and values.
Act as companywide coordinator to grasp the practical activities that each area in the business are undertaking, and provide support to correctly estimate the impact of such activities, and to prioritise, accelerate and enhance high value add activities related to new philosophy and company culture

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

NQF 6 (360 credit qualification) in Industrial Psychology / Human Resources 
Honours Degree will be advantageous.
Prosci Change Management Certification / Project Management Certification
Proven ability to manage projects efficiently with a focus on cost effectiveness.
5-8 Years in Culture and Engagement or similar relevant role
Research and problem solving skills
Excellent numerical and analytical capabilities
Ability to manage tasks with multiple time spans from 1 month to 5 years and ability to respond to and manage changing priorities.

THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The incumbent will support D&I Senior Manager with implementation of TSAM’s Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategy including implementing programs that foster and affirm an inclusive company culture.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Assemble project teams,
Prepare timing schedules and
Lead specific projects to appropriate milestones for incorporation into TSAM’s overall... D&I plan.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and
Collaborate with D&I expert partner.
Investigate and monitor external D&I best practices,
Analyse TSAM internal data,
Maintain and add into knowledge library,
Prepare simple and clear visualisations and proposals to facilitate discussion amongst TSAM top management & stakeholders.
Draft, propose and maintain the D&I annual calendar
Plan and co-ordinate all D&I initiatives, events, communications and campaigns
Communicate with all related stakeholders, internally and externally to bring the agreed events to life.
Research and support to design, draft and implement policies that support to reinforce diversity & inclusion in TSAM.
Draft company-wide communications to update on policy changes and reminders.
Co-ordinate D&I governance meetings such as the Transformation Committee & D&I steering committee.
Co-ordinate all committees that support the D&I governance structure & report results thereof which includes the following committees:
Transformation Committee
D&I Working / Steering committee
D&I Design Team
D&I Implementation Team
Co-creation groups

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
NQF level 6 or equivalent 360 credit qualification in one of the following disciplines:

      HR, Legal, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Business Management
Prosci Change Management Certification / Project Management Certification with ability to manage projects efficiently with a focus on cost effectiveness.
5 or more years’ experience in Diversity and Inclusion or culture and/or Human Resource project management, exposure to drafting and interpreting policy, and exposure to transformation legislation such as Employment Equity Act or BBBEE.
Ability to manage various tasks with multiple time spans concurrently, respond to and manage changing priorities.
Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to communicate at different levels.
Advanced level MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Qualification / Certification / Experience in Transformation, Diversity & Inclusion will be advantageous.
Willing to engage in further studies to gain knowledge in the specialist field of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion [external workshops & courses]
