Responsibilities

Manage registration procedures for companies; E-Citizen, KRA, NSSF, NHIF,NCA and NITA
Ensure mandatory payments such as business licenses, annual subscriptions and permits are made to the relevant bodies on a timely basis
Assist the Operations Manager with strategy development and implementation for the business units
Follow-up services to ensure constant high-quality standards
Share weekly updates and final documents to clients via the platform
Provide valuable insight to clients and advise them on best practices e.g. statutory and other mandatory obligations related to their requested services
Suggest new processes to optimise the company’s business and operating models
Managing and updating clients' database and allocated project status on CRM and the platform
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Find new partners and build productive long-lasting business relationships
Remain knowledgeable on services offered and discuss available options
Develop expertise on services offered and contact with related online procedures
Any other related task assigned by the Operations Manager.

Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field
Working knowledge of expatriation market dynamics and requirements
Customer service focus and attention to details
Computer use competency (Office 365, Microsoft Teams, CRM, Perfex, etc.)
Good knowledge of Compliance & Registration of Companies procedures in Kenya.
Self-motivated and results-driven personality
