RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, implement, and improve company quality standards.
Analyze data in order to find areas for growth.
Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.
Review processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends.
Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
Coordinates and participates in product testing processes.
Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or any higher degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in a reputable pharmaceutical or food industry.
Knowledge of the basic PROBLEM-SOLVING TECHNIQUES Aand the applications like, 
ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
5W+ 1H 
PDCA CYCLE 
7 QC tools etc, will be an added advantage
Knowledge of making SOP's  ( Standard Operating Practice ) in a process, and good knowledge about the process flow charts will also be an added advantage 
Ability to analyze data, create and review processes.
Excellent communication skills.
Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
