We are currently looking to recruit a Workshop Manager, to work at Taita Hills & Salt Lick Wildlife Resort Ltd.

Roles and Responsibilities


Managing workshop operations.
Supervising staff.
Maintaining records.
Ensure timely completion of projects and assignments.
Enforce safety protocols and standards within the workshop.
Implement preventive measures to avoid recurring problems.


Qualification and Experience


Minimum of 8 year experience in similar positions.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering.
Familiarity with workshop equipment and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to analyze and solve operational challenges.
Experience in hospitality is an added advantage
