I suggest you check your states labor laws. They dictate the minimum amount of hours you get for lunch and how many breaks per day based on total hours worked. For instance, in MD, it was 1 30 min lunch and 2 fifteen minute breaks for an 8 hour period. If she is in violation, kindly and quietly leave a copy on her desk without fanfare. Give her time. If she changes back, let it go. If she ignores it, go to HR.  more

Sometimes we build a personal life at work that may be distracting for the work environment. I would ensure I'm energized and don't have to interrupt work process schedules because they cost. Complete assignments timely and ensure you are being productive and meeting your goals. If she continues, ask her to clarify why these changes were incorporated.
