Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end sales process in NIV product for projects assigned and all new clients.
Actively pursue new clients to grow NIV against given targets with the mindset to always exceed expectations.
Preparation of work related to client meetings, quotation completion, proposals, presentations, verification of completeness, quality of information, and instructions before executing the process (collaborating closely with the Senior Analyst and NSO Lead)
Monitor quality and timely delivery of outputs on projects to clients and escalate in case of any delays/roadblocks which may occur against agreed SLA.
Execute output processing instructions.
Ensure that the quality of output and client servicing is according to NielsenIQ’s standards and commitments.
Task not limited to the maintenance of full documentation of project scope / output instructions.
Support the team in calling out gaps / issues / risks and execute mitigation / resolution action plans.
Continuously support development of NSO by sharing ideas for improvement
Confidence and credibility to talk to a wide range of decision makers.
Ability to actively listen and understand a client’s needs and strategy to match the correct NIV solution to ensure we consistently add value to our clients.
Willingness and ability to learn at a fast pace.
Must be able to perform under pressure and deliver all work timeously.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and can build authentic connections internally and externally with clients.
Full investment in the success of NSO and the success of the client in using the NSO product.
Demonstrate excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to present to small and large audiences with confidence.
Ability to communicate between local and global teams.
Demonstrate the highest commitment to sales force penetration.
Demonstrable knowledge of the in-store execution within the retail industry, understanding how trade and business needs are changing, and how NSO solutions can help solve client business issues.
Maintain timely communications with account teams and senior management, keep stakeholders up to date on client requirements, and call out any issues / risks. Document records of client inquiries and resolutions. Following the NielsenIQ client engagement model.
Full understanding of NIV portfolio and interconnectedness of different solutions.
Have a deep understanding of customers’ business needs with respect to pricing, assortment, distribution, and execution.
Confidence to reframe and challenge the way customers view their businesses.
Leads final presentation of results to ensure client satisfaction, actionable recommendations, and additional opportunity detection.

Qualifications:

Any bachelor’s degree 
Fluent English level (written and oral)
Candidates with experience in FMCG / General Merchandise / Retail
End to End experience (from study design to delivery)
Excellent skills in Excel , Word and PowerPoint
