Key Duties & Responsibilities    

Ensure all inventory movements are accounted for daily & reconciled
Ensure all primary distribution reconciliations are completed daily
Ensure route settlement is completed accurately
Ensure all secondary distribution reconciliations are completed daily
Ensure all transfers between production & warehouse are reconciled daily
Ensure all inventory is counted daily & variances resolved through facilitating the stock counting process
Ensure compliance to all stock processes
Ensure all customer queries are processed daily to enable accurate customer accounts
Ensure all customer proof of delivery requirements are met
Ensure all invoices are accounted for & included in the route document packs
Ensure all external bottler transactions are completed accurately & invoiced accordingly
Ensure all re-charges to drivers, market logistics partners & such like are processed on time
Care for assets as per standard operational practices
Ensure system transactions are accurate & timeous
Ensure proper document control & storage for wet site & MLPS
Ensure stock age is managed within the total product management standards
Lead the stock management team

Skills, Experience & Education    

Qualifications Minimum requirement:

Appropriate 3 year qualification in Accounting or Supply Chain.  
Experience Minimum requirement: At least 3 - 5 years' experience at supervisory level within an operational environment Wet Depot / Production Interface experience will be an advantage Computer literate SAP and Excel experience will be an advantage Clean criminal and credit check Key Competencies Knowledge:
