Job Responsibilities

Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods
Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
Occasionally serve food
Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
Handle and store ingredients and food Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 5+ years relevant work experience.
Fast with work and a team player.
Must have experience working within the food industry as a Cook, Chef or Baker
Working knowledge of local dish techniques and the Intercontinental dish-making process.
Keen attention to details and sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition.
Working hours, including weekends and evenings, holidays too, when necessary.
Capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment
Must reside or be willing to work in Lagos
