Job Description

Have experience with the sales of Old layers, POLs, Poultry manure, and other agricultural products
Generating new business leads
Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to determine their requirements
Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
Meeting or exceeding all performance goals
Establish and build a database of active clients and business accounts via prospecting, networking and referrals.
Experience in the FCMG industry

Qualifications:

B.Sc / Master's Degree in Animal Science or any related field
Charismatic and confident personality as well as an exceptional work ethic
Entrepreneurial spirit to manage your own book of business.
Aggressiveness, persistence, resiliency, and commitment to providing the best customer service.
Ability to establish rapport and build credibility via excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrable effective team management experience.
Be able to work in Lagos & Ogun state
