We seek to hire a qualified Senior Manager, HR Consulting  to lead and oversee various human resource projects for our clients, which include - Human Capital Strategy, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Change, Organizational Restructuring,  Organizational Effectiveness Survey, Employee Satisfaction Survey, Talent Management, HR Analytics, HR Technology, Design of Performance Management Systems, Staff Skills & Competency Audit, Design of Personnel Policies, Systems and Operational Manual.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of human resource management, with a strong background in consulting and hands-on experience in resolving HR issues. He/She must be a strategic thinker and problem-solver who excel in communication and have a track record of maximizing HR value.
Functions and Responsibilities

Sound ability to generate business
Work with clients to understand their needs and to agree the scope of each consulting project.
Conduct research, surveys and interviews and analyzing data to gain insights into client's business
Analyze statistics and data for informed decision making
Aim to improve clients position or profile by helping to solve problems, manage change and improve efficiency.
Attend meetings and presenting information orally, visually and in writing to keep clients up to date on progress
Make recommendations for improvement and presenting these to clients
implement agreed solutions
develop and implement new procedures or training to support the changes proposed.
