Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager who will provide management direction in the development, coordination and implementation of all our projects.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement projects.
Responsible for managing projects, including creating project schedules and timelines.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Responsible for defining project scope, goals and deliverables.
Define tasks and required resources.
Manage the project budget alongside the General Manager and the Finance Manager.
Report on project status to the General Manager.
Present to stakeholders report on progress as well as problems and solutions.
Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables.
Evaluate and assess the result of the project.
Performs other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Competencies

Bachelor's Degree. Masters will be an advantage.
Certification in Lean Management, scrum or Six sigma an advantage.
Experience as a Project Manager or as part of a project team.
Experience with Project Management Tools (internal, external, MS project or similar).
Ability to demonstrate ownership, both individual and shared, to achieve results.
Ability to work beyond boundaries in a team environment.
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and effectively manage deadlines.
