Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Dispatching: Assisting with scheduling vehicle maintenance, repairs, and deliveries, ensuring vehicles are available when needed.
Vehicle Tracking and Monitoring: Keeping track of vehicle locations, mileage, and usage, and reporting on fleet performance.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, fuel consumption, and other relevant data.
Inventory Management: Assisting with managing spare parts inventory, ensuring sufficient supplies are available for repairs and maintenance.
Communication: Serving as a point of contact for drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
Compliance: Ensuring vehicles and drivers comply with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
Reporting: Preparing reports on fleet performance, costs, and other relevant metrics.
Procurement: Supporting the procurement of vehicles and equipment for the fleet.
Fuel Management: Tracking fuel consumption and managing fuel cards or other fuel-related tasks.
Driver Management: Assisting with driver scheduling, training, and record-keeping.
Vehicle Cleaning: Scheduling and assisting with vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
Vehicle Transport: Transporting vehicles designated for servicing, repair, or maintenance to and from the Fleet Services centre or other contracted service providers.
