Group interviews are always meant to determine your ability to discuss on some topics related to work, it can also be how you relate with those who... are with you in the interview room, it can be solving a problem as a team and they will be looking who will take on the leadership to kick start the discusion and constantly guiding the team, whichever form it will take, the be free, be your self, ensure u contribute to the discussion, take on a role either taking notes or guiding the discussion and contribute meaningfully  more

Be yourself. I never did like feeling like I am in competition. The group will either work together building Team work ethics or bobm shell each other... by trying to outshine each other. Just do your best to work through it by being your best advocate on how you would work inan uncomfortable or difficult setting. Breeze through it with a smile and a calm (not laid back) demeanor. more
