At our company we never get raises or bonuses. Instead, the boss gives us company mugs, bags and notebooks. After a successful deal or project he buys us pizza. I know I'm getting paid what we agreed on, but it would be nice to get some kind of reward once in a while. That never happens.
What do you think? Should I hint that money would be more appreciated than getting a fifth mug with the company logo on it?
