Job Description
We are seeking the services of experienced and professional Field Service Engineers with a passion for the job they do and the willingness to undertake the job responsibilities outlined below.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• To ensure our customers are well-served beyond expectation and guarantee peace of mind • To perform calibrations and validations on specific scientific equipment • To perform preventive maintenance on specific scientific equipment • To install new equipment at client's premises • To report to his/her superior on ongoing tasks status in timely manner • To collaborate with the technical team (including European team) during project execution • To ensure that all tools used for installations are registered and stored appropriately
Typical Equipment
• HPLC, GC, ICP, AAS and MS and software related to this equipment. Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay analysers • Work travels both locally and within West Africa may be required
Qualification Required & Experience
• Diploma in Engineering / Industrial Electrical/Electronics/IT
Skills & Experience
• A minimum of 2 years experience in the field • Ability to multi-task • Be able to communicate well in English and/ or French (an added advantage) • Having experience of working a GMP environment is considered an asset but not a requirement • Valid Driving License
