The firm seeks a qualified and competent individual to fill the role of Lead, Digital Transformation.
Job Summary

Develop the vision and strategy for digital initiatives across the operating units of the firm in line with creating a collaborative, cost-effective, and service-focused business.
Lead and manage digital transformation efforts and scale them across the organisation.
Champion the use of digital technology and practices to engender a digital mindset from the top down.
Manage the planning and implementation of all aspects of IT systems, including information and cybersecurity to support the organisation's needs and operations.
Ensure that digital platforms, digital experience, and business insights are provided to support the organisation's objectives and stakeholder needs
Implement and manage the deployment, of quality and effective IT projects and/or programme resources

Experience and Capabilities

Minimum of First Degree, BSc. In Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related
Relevant professional certification and other technical field qualifications
Masters' degree in Information Technology or Management or any related discipline is an added advantage
Minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience, five (5) of which must involve project, application, infrastructure, security, and digital strategy management
Excellent problem solving, analytical and evaluative skills.
