If you don’t like what your boss is doing for the business then you should probably leave. They were hired for a reason and if your staff is filled... with people with bad habits then it’s not her it’s you. If she’s just starting stuff to start it then fine, but “drama” can’t be based on her doing her job and you not liking it. more
