Job Summary:


The Volunteer Project and Grants Coordinator will oversee fundraising activities and grant proposals to secure funding for Elim House Mission initiatives. This role will involve developing and implementing fundraising strategies to achieve sustainable funding and support mission development.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify worthy projects that align with the organization’s objectives and overall vision
Coordinate fundraising strategies and support major fundraising programs.
Monitor day-to-day activities of the fundraising team.
Provide logistical and administrative support for fundraising initiatives.
Assist in the development of fundraising goals and solicit funds.
Collaborate with the organization’s management and other teams for project funding.
Identify appropriate grant opportunities and write grant proposals to secure funding from external resources.
