Key Responsibilities:

Monitor day-to-day activities of the fundraising team.

The coordinator will foster a nurturing system that encourages open communication and mutual care.

Listening and Confidentiality: Provide a safe space for missionaries to express their thoughts and concerns, ensuring confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared.
Regular Debriefing and Accountability: Conduct regular check-ins and debriefing sessions to provide accountability and support.
Prayer Partnership: Facilitate prayer partnerships and encourage spiritual growth through shared prayer experiences.
Financial Support: Assist missionaries in finding freedom from financial pressures, including reporting to Elim House Management team on the need for new support when needed.
Leadership Development: Offer guidance and training to help missionaries develop their leadership skills and promote mutual care within their teams.

Qualifications:
