Job Summary:

National Sales Manager to lead our national sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our 

customer base, and maintain a strong market presence.



Key Responsibilities:



1.   Sales Strategy and Planning:


Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats. 
Set sales targets and objectives for the national sales team.
Work closely with the Industry Manager on daily quotation reviews and high-value bid closures.
Coordination of inter-department activities between sales and service departments. 
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to focus on Greenpeg's key customers, driving growth, loyalty, and long-term partnerships


2.   Team Leadership and Management:


Lead, motivate, and manage a team of regional sales managers and sales representatives. 
Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance. 
Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues.
Planning and providing necessary tools for the national sales team.
Ensure the national sales team has access to accurate and up-to-date product information


3.   Customer Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. 
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base. 
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


4.   Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting:


Track and analyze sales performance metrics (e.g., sales revenue, conversion rates). 
Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Director and other stakeholders.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.


5.   Budgeting and Forecasting:


Develop and manage the national sales budget.
Provide accurate sales forecasts to support business planning. 


Requirements:

Education:


- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or Master’s Degree (Added advantage), 
Business Administration, Industrial design, or a related field.


Experience:


Minimum 5-7 years of sales management experience in a similar industry. 
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitor landscape
Good product knowledge and the relevance to each industry


Skills:


Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office. 
Good various industry knowledge
