KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the development and execution of the digital strategy to support KBIIL goals and objectives.
Lead digital projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring alignment to business goals.
Identify digital opportunities and implement new solutions to optimize customer journeys.
Develop and execute strategies to generate revenue from digital assets.
Manage digital projects and integrations to enhance customer experiences across channels.
Develop and implement customer journeys in line with business changes
Analyze customer insights, feedback and usage data to inform improvements and new capabilities.
Collaborate across business units to translate digital plans into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Stay ahead of digital trends and innovations to bring new ideas and solutions to the organization.
Manage cross functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high quality digital projects. 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in an IT or Business-Related Field.
6 years' experience in a financial services environment.
Relevant professional qualification in Project Management and/or Insurance would be an added advantage.
Experience with digital strategy development, execution and customer journey maps.
Strong knowledge of digital trends, emerging technologies and best practices.
Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
