Job Purpose    


To manage the administration division of the department in order to provide effective, efficient and sustainable financial as well as administrative support functions.


Key Responsibility Areas    


Attends to incoming correspondence and filing system.
Undertakes typing / administrative service for the Manager Support Services.
Maintains personal records of employees.
Undertakes other general administrative duties.
Controls and monitors departmental asset registers.
Manages, plans, leads, organise and directs line functional Human Capital functions.

Essential Requirements    


Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
3 Years relevant experience.

Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and an Administrative certificate.
4 Years relevant experience.
