About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Acquisition Agent to join our team at iProcure. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new agro-dealers to join our network, as well as managing relationships with existing agro-dealers
Key Responsibilities

Identify and recruit new agro-dealers to join the iProcure network.
Develop and execute acquisition strategies to achieve targets and expand the agro-dealer network.
Manage relationships with existing agro-dealers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate and close deals with potential agro-dealers, ensuring that all agreements are in line with company policies and guidelines.
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective acquisition and retention campaigns.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly acquisition reports to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in acquisition and business development, preferably in the agro-dealer sector.
Strong understanding of the agro-dealer network in the region.
Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
