Duties and Responsibilities


Identify business opportunities by prospecting different 
Achieve set targets for the sale of land on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis 
Book appointments with corporate and other clients; visit them in their offices to present the company’s products, OR invite them to AMG offices for the 
Carry out product demonstrations to clients and brief them about the location, benefits, price, and modes of
Follow up prospects till the execution of the sale and after-sale 
Research and develop new ways of sourcing new clients; identifying institutions that have groups and approaching them for demonstration.
Track and record all sales leads and discussions in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) 
Coordinate and schedule site visit experience for the clients, by actively ensuring physical presence on every visit to various company projects.
Follow up with payments by clients sourced by self (Current debt collection).
Provide a weekly report on all leads generated by self and those sourced by AMG, as well as the conversion


Education and Qualification


Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution or a diploma in Public Relations
Ability to sell and high levels of acumen
Exceptional sales and marketing skills with the ability to handle clients to end 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail
High standards of professionalism, discipline, punctuality, honesty, and loyalty
Ability to multitask with timelines and high level of personal organization
Excellent results orientation and a positive attitude
