We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Data Analyst / Operator to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing business data to support operational and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate insights, and ensure data accuracy across systems.

This is a remote position with flexible shift options (Day and Night Shifts available).

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, validate, and analyze operational and business data from multiple sources.

Monitor key metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.

Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to support business decisions.

Support automation and optimization of data processes and reporting tools.

Perform data entry, cleansing, and transformation as needed.

Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand data needs.

Work independently during assigned shift hours (Day or Night) and ensure timely reporting and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).

1+ years of experience in a data analysis, operations, or similar role.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts).

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus.

Experience with SQL or data query languages is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable working remotely and in different time zones.

Work Schedule:

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (based on business timezone)

Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (based on business timezone)
Shift assignment will be discussed during the interview.
