Responsibilities
• Manage an effective filing system for easy document retrieval • Dispatch official correspondence and maintain accurate logbooks • Maintain cleanliness of the facility and restock cleaning supplies • Perform additional tasks assigned
Qualification Required & Experience
• HND from a recognized tertiary institution • Valid Class A Rider's Licence • Minimum of 2 years of experience: familiarity with Accra is an advantage • Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft office suit • Applicants must be between 28 and 40 years old
