Key responsibilities:


Responsible for the collection of food stock from stores and ensures documentation is completed properly.
Cook and prepare presentation of food to be served, according to standards, under the direction of the Chef de Partie (ICC) or Sous Chef (Newton’s).
Ensure kitchen preparation areas and equipment are cleaned according to standards.


Qualifications, skills and experience:


Grade 12 and Food preparation certificate with one - two years’ experience in cookery / cheffing
Diploma in Cookery will be advantageous
