  • Ensure implementation of the organizations financial and human resource strategy, policies and procedures.
  • Spearhead financial management, control and forward planning for finances in line with the set organizational and donor guidelines.
  • Management and overseeing of the organization’s overall expenditure and advice the management and assisting departments in preparation of annual operations budgets.
  • Review the organization's finance needs on a regular basis and make recommendations for changes to ensure best practice and provide regular capacity building on finance skills to all existing and newly recruited staff to the finance and human resource function.
  • Participated in proposal development, reviewed budget cost proposals, cross referenced all cost elements on budget narratives and regularly updated budget templates per donor specification.
