What you will do:

Watch all submitted films
Deliberate the films with the programming team make your case for or against the film for the festival
Collaboratively short list the films for each festival
IT IS KEY: You Reach out to filmmakers in Kenya circle to share their projects and widening your network of filmmakers and grow your knowledge of films being made.

Qualifications:

Knowledge in film selection processes and audience building.
Ability to identify films that will be favourable and appropriate to our audiences based on their demographic and location, while creating a balance to keep them engaged and start conversations.
A team player who works well remotely under minimal supervision.
Ability to join meetings and discussions virtually and regularly.
Access to fast, reliable internet.
Access to tools that will enable you to view and watch the submitted films and store them securely, and confidentially
