Job Description

Airtel Kenya wishes to recruit an experienced Revenue Assurance Expert to drive our revenue assurance and fraud management function in the role of Prepaid & Network Assurance Analyst. The successful candidate will have a strong background in identifying revenue leakages, performing fraud investigations, and leading data analytics to protect and optimize telecom revenues

Responsibilities


Conduct end-to-end data reconciliations to identify revenue leakages and ensure accurate billing.
Develop and implement fraud detection and prevention controls to minimize revenue loss.
Data analytics and automation of reports to provide actionable insights.
Investigate and resolve revenue leakage and fraud cases.


Qualifications


Degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields
Good experience and exposure in Big data analytics and requisite tools such as SQL, Power BI, Python
Strong background in Revenue Assurance, Fraud Risk, and Network & Roaming operations.
Experience in identifying revenue leakages and performing fraud investigations.
Expertise in data analytics and automation of reports.
Telecom industry experience.
Experience with data analytics tools and technologies.
