A good understanding of the local context (Bwindi Mgahinga Conservation Area), especially in the areas of conservation of mountain gorillas and community development.
Be familiar with the set-up of VSLAs/ASCAs schemes and their operations in Uganda.
Proficient in English, Rukiga and Rufumbira languages.
Educational Requirements: Financial Management/ Microfinance/Business Administration/Rural Development/Community Development /Development Studies or any related field.
