Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Sell/Promote Lancet Uganda services as per the assigned target set.
Meet set quantitative and qualitative targets
Identify our customer pain-points and ensure that these are escalated as appropriate to ensure resolution
Identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
Adhere to the steps outlined from the selling skills tool.
Organize appointment and meetings (e.g CME’s, Round table meetings e.t.c) with all the various healthcare ecosystem staff.
Ensure that there is a return on investment in sales activities
Develop a territory action plan to execute with proficiently on the agreed upon targets.
Submit timely sales and revenue report as per my stipulated guidelines i.e. Every week or as advised by the immediate manger and / or head of department
