Organize appointment and meetings (e.g CME’s, Round table meetings e.t.c) with all the various healthcare ecosystem staff.
Ensure that there is a return on investment in sales activities
Develop a territory action plan to execute with proficiently on the agreed upon targets.
Submit timely sales and revenue report as per my stipulated guidelines i.e. Every week or as advised by the immediate manger and / or head of department

Conducts delivery and collection of specimens from outlying laboratories, supporting doctors and clients to ensure that specimens, reports and other goods arrive at correct destinations timeously and in good condition to increase customer service levels.
Scans specimens and results on the Courier Management Programme to ensure that all deliveries and... collections can be tracked and traced.
Completes and signs proof of delivery for specimens or reports collected or delivered to endure records are kept for tracking purposes if and when applicable.

Receive, follow up and resolve client queries and complaints raised in person, on email or via phone and always ensures customer satisfaction.
Comply with Quality Assurance by meeting statistical requirements and complying with quality standards by maintaining confidentiality and patients’ personal data and other information to protect the privacy of patients... and integrity of the organization, ensuring the organizations’ customer service objectives.
Conduct TMR (tracking monitoring and reporting) to update clients and sample sent.
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
Escalate any customer queries that they are unable to resolve.
Review requests that come in from the info email address and WhatsApp platform and re-direct those that need to be handled by another department.
Collaborate with internal teams (management) to address customers’ needs.
Identify and escalate priority issues/queries to ensure that supervisors are aware of highly dissatisfied customers.
Transferring calls to various departments dependent on the kind of assistance the caller requires.
Taking departmental meeting minutes from time to time whenever tasked by the line manager.
Monitors and manages phone check list to ensure all urgent results have been phoned through.

Ensures basic housekeeping in own working area, including suitable cleaning and preparation of equipment according to set standard operating procedures.
Monitors stock levels and orders additional stock to ensure the availability of required materials at all times and ensure delivery of stock to the doctor’s rooms.
Represents the organisation by applying the principles of customer care in the medical pathology field and interacts professionally and ethically with medical professionals and staff.
Management of the reception area and give out relevant information and direct clients to relevant departments while offering excellent customer service
Receives cash from patients and ensures banking of monies in accordance with relevant standard operating procedures.
Reports incidents, logs customer complaints and problem solution, reads documents and actions tasks on the laboratory information management system in compliance with relevant organisational policy.
Prepares and scans patient forms onto laboratory scanning system (Oculus) and resolves the scanning incompletes according to set standard operating procedures.
Responsible for adhering to Lancet uniform protocols as set standard operating procedures.
