Job Purpose    


To execute, control and coordinate the administrative function for the Human Capital Services Branch.


Key Responsibility Areas    


Support the employment relations function, through the provision of an administrative support.
Support the Human Capital practitioners at all levels with all administrative processes.
Undertakes the updating and maintenance of Grading and Remuneration information.
Support the recruitment and selection process.
Create and Control a records management system.
Undertakes all administration relative to training and development.
Provide welfare and counselling/wellness administration support.

Essential Requirements    


Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Management or any other related and equivalent qualification.
Valid motor vehicle driving license.
2 years administrative experience.
Computer Literacy


Preferred Requirements    


Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Management or any other related and equivalent qualification.
3 Years administrative experience.
