it's normal , i think. many people forced to hold on to their job they dislike. When they get a new offer they feel a relief and move

I think the good approach is continuing earning from the job while searching for that of ur passion rather than quitting to sit back at home jobless

I stayed because i needed the job... i wasted 5 years! always good to leave immediately when you feel stagnant.

Personally no, but it makes sense if people do. The economy is insane and people got families to feed/bills etc.

But if possible, and you’ll be able... to keep yourself afloat- don’t sacrifice your wellbeing for a company who sees you as disposable. more

I'm having that same problem. Worked at a job that was awful and the management was terrible! I was hired thinking they would train me and they never... did, only stuck me on the register. Then put on a performance plan then was let go and I've been trying to find employment ever since. It definitely has not been easy!  more
