This role involves a wide range of HR support activities, with a strong focus on end-to-end talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities


Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Supporting HR Projects such as Salary Review, Performance Management, Employee Engagement , termination of employment
Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Assist in sourcing for candidates and update our database
Assist in the on boarding of new hires


Requirements


BSc in HR Related Degree
At least 1yr experience in Human Resources
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational & communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure, 
Manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet hiring deadlines.
Location: Must reside within a commutable distance to Lekki
