Duties and Responsibilities:


Professionally involved in the actual order-taking and service of the food and beverage products and services.
Supervises and supports the restaurant service team during meal periods and functions.
Ensures high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and staff presentation.
Trains, schedules, and evaluates the restaurant staff.
Liaises with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service operations.
Maintains cleanliness and proper arrangement of the restaurant at all times.
Handles guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Monitors inventory levels of restaurant supplies and assists with ordering as needed.


Qualifications and Experience:


Diploma or Certificate in Food and Beverage Service, Hotel Management, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant or hotel service.
Knowledge in using the Restaurant POS system.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
A positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
