I got employed last month after about 5 years of freelancing. We work in an open office, and I am surprised that employees have shouting battles with the management as we watch. When I asked around, I was told that this is normal. I don’t know how to evolve to this environment, as in my previous formal employment, challenging the management would lead to dismissal.

  • It’s normal oooo, sometimes they still push their own blame indirectly on you as an employee, but if you can deliver on time this will be minimal
