Our client, an on-demand Courier Service that delivers products ordered through their mobile app seeks to recruit a Recruitment and Workforce Manager

Responsibilities

What you will do:


Agent Planning and Scheduling:

Develop and maintain agent schedules to meet operational needs.
Adjust schedules based on forecast volumes and real-time data.


Agent Recruitment:

Collaborate with HR and Supervisor to recruit and onboard new agents.
Ensure staffing levels align with business requirements.


Leave Management:

Manage annual and holiday leave requests.
Ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak periods.


Volume Predictions/Forecasting:

Analyze historical data to predict future task volumes and workloads.
Prepare and present accurate forecasts to the Supervisor.


Task Allocation:

Assign tasks to agents based on training and availability.
Monitor task completion and productivity.


Team Support:

Provide support to team leaders.
Address any workforce-related issues and implement solutions.




You have:


Being able to work under pressure and track thousands of movements every day.
Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work weekends, early mornings, late nights, and occasional holidays, in an operational 24/7 environment
 Ability to multitask is highly recommended
Ability to learn quickly and adopt to a fast-paced environment 
Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in workforce management software and tools.
