Job Summary
• To lead the development and implementation of M&E plans, ensuring data quality and providing technical expertise
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee monitoring systems to track success of project implementation • Ensure that the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policy guidelines regarding M&E are developed • Develop and apply cost-effective data collection and management systems • Conduct and oversee analysis of data from day-to-day M&E activities • Build an organizational knowledge base through research and partnerships • Collaborate with management team to set program milestones and key performance indicators • Oversee impact narrative for external communications including donors, government and partners • Explore and provide recommendations for innovative technologies to streamline monitoring evaluation and other operational functions • Build staff capacity through training and technical assistance for accurate data collection and reporting
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Project management, monitoring and evaluation or related fields. A Master's degree is an added advantage • 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years in management position
