Key Duties and Responsibilities:   In this role, you’ll;

Utilize strong data analysis skills to extract raw performance data from Periscope and create insightful, visual dashboards that communicate key metrics and trends.
Prepare and deliver daily reports on agent operations and distribution team performance, highlighting insights that support strategic decision-making.
Communicate Insights to Stakeholders through daily, weekly and monthly reports, effectively communicating findings and recommendations for progressive operational improvements.
Drive continuous improvement on our teams through identifying opportunities for enhancing data reporting processes and methodologies, leveraging data to inform best practices across the distribution and agent operations teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure alignment on performance metrics and objectives, promoting a data-driven culture within the company.
Periodically review data processes, work with engineers and recommend improvements to guide various functions of the business to drive operational efficiencies.
