About the role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work in a young and energetic team. You'll have the environment and opportunities to help us improve our processes and make them even more efficient in addition to creating the best customer experience.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Represent Bolt in the Netherlands.
Support Bolt’s Ride-hailing users and help them get the most out of our apps.
Support our business partners in daily interactions with our users.
Create loyal fans by showing them we really care.
Contribute and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of Bolt’s customer support.

About you:

You understand what outstanding customer support looks like and are ready to go the extra mile.
You welcome challenges with an open mind and see them as opportunities.
You are always ready to put customers first and be passionate about helping others.
You can apply an analytical approach as to why customer support is contacted in the first place and be ready to tell the story to other teams within Bolt.
You have excellent spoken and written Dutch and English skills, any other language is a plus.
